Success Gifts use Australia Post’s Regular Parcel Post Service to ship all purchases to customers as its standard delivery method. We do not ship purchases internationally.

We charge a flat rate of $12 for all orders up to $150. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $150 for postage/delivery within Australia only. For orders with express shipping selected, a flat rate of $17 is charged.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are based on the day of dispatch, not the purchase date.

Upon delivery, a signature is required. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest Australia Post outlet.

A Tracking Number will be provided with your email notification confirming your order. Once your order has been shipped, you can check the status of your order at any time by simply entering your tracking number in Australia Post’s website. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be active.

Standard (Regular) Post - Flat Rate $12

If you are in Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide metro delivery occurs within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped to Brisbane or Perth metro take 5-7 business days. Outside these locations, your order will arrive within 7-9 business days.

Express Post - Flat Rate $17

This is Australia Post’s fastest delivery option, but next-business-day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to the link below for delivery time estimates.
