Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not pleased with your item(s) purchased online or if it is different to what you expected, you are able to return the purchase to us for a full refund of the product price subject to certain conditions stated below.

If you have changed your mind, the refund will be for the item price only and not the postage cost. If you return the item by post/courier this will be at your expense. The item must be returned unused/in original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Once 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items consist of

- Personal care items such as hand creams, hand & body wash/lotion.

- Plant-like & artificial flower products.

- Personal accessories such as hats & scarves.

To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items at our expense if they are faulty or damaged upon arrival at the delivery address, provided photographic evidence of damage is sent and we have approved the exchange. If the item you purchased is out of stock & not able to be replaced, then a shop credit will be given. If an exchange is approved for the same item, email victor@successgifts.com.au and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping/postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your original payment.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
